My finace was just on the phone with Dell to try and get them to send him the correct graphics card he ordered (they sent him a cheaper one instead) and after two hours of being transferred to people that can't do anything, one of the reps asked him if he was going to use his computer to look at porn. The rep also said that the computer my fiance bought would be really good for viewing porn. I was so distraught by this, I couldn't believe that someone would say that, let alone to a customer. |
