should you have complete care and an outdated machine run over it a couple times after you back it up call dell at 8004563355 and get a refurbished system. Get this, all the periferals such as port replicators will be replaced in the event that your existing system is out of stock. It can take up to thirty days from the time a certain department is notified of the incident but the tech rep must complete that form. Get the reps id number, the case number, their location, and ask to speak to there manager when the call is done, to tell them how well they did...then tell the manager, after you get their rep id and badge number and location, cant be too sure, and ask them to read the case that was just created aloud to you, or tell you what the resolution was, and if all the appropriate forms have been filled out so that the necessary department will be informed of the incident. Then call on the case every 3 days, milk them for concessions, they will give you up to 10% of the original price of the system or twice as much as that in product, you pick, you have complete care.Your welcome |
